  I rarely shop at West end Big R but I'm often at the Heights location and have had nothing but an exceptional experience there. However, I don't see myself doing business on the West end again. After shopping around I purchased a raft last night to take out to the river today. When we got book we blew the raft up to get it ready for the float today and not only is it missing the pump but the seats are gone and there's a large tear in the outer tube. And it WAS COVERED IN SAND. It looks to me like someone used it, trashed it, and then returned half the product for a refund. Way to go return department, you didn't bother to check to see the shape of it before you put it back on the shelf for someone else to purchase. That's pure laziness and definately puts a damper in my plans today now that I have to spend time, that I could be on the river, waiting for the store to open so I can get a new one and blow it up. That's time I won't get back and is effecting the entire group I'm floating with. Not impressed with this location, will not bring my business back in the future.
