  Was doing a warranty claim on a jacket and the manufacture’s website said that most retailers can take care of warranty claims. I called Scheels in the evening to ask if they participated and what I needed to do. I explained to her what was needing warrantied and she said no problem and to bring it in. She said that it didn’t matter the time frame or if I couldn’t find my receipt that they could exchange it out. I went down this morning to get the coat exchanged out. I was told that they don’t do that and basically turned me away and to go to the manufacture. I explained I had called in and they had none of it. I felt that it was very rude. It was very disappointing. I do a lot of business here but will consider taking it elsewhere after that experience.
