- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 28, 2019, by Cameron CooperBe prepared to fix your own appliance! I live in Red Lodge, and I bought a refrigerator from them in billings and the ice machine had a faulty water pump. Instead of trying to help me they said their was nothing they could do. (This was 3 days after our purchase). I had to call the owners in Bozeman. Finally after they made me call a plumber to make sure I had enough water pressure to the fridge, they ended up making me pick up the part for the ice machine in billings. They couldn't even bother to mail it to me, let alone fix the faulty appliance. I had to do all the work and then install the part myself. I would never recommend their service to anyone... Ever! Bottom line is shop elsewhere. Don't shop at Jonnys appliance!!!!!!!!
