Sure I'd like my computers to last for a century ... but they don't ... and need to be fixed or dumped from time to time. I have had sales persons I liked better than others, but have never been treated other than cordially, professionally, and knowledgeably. Blaine, the service manager, is very competent and knowledgeable, and has been a great help to us with explanations, instructions and service. I am very happy with this shop.
